- Mengelola Program GMP, HACCP, dan ISO 22000/9001 secara konsisten, termasuk memimpin pelaksanaan audit internal berkala.

- Memastikan kepatuhan pabrik terhadap regulasi pakan pemerintah (SNI, izin edar pakan Kementan, dan regulasi keselamatan pakan).

- Menetapkan dan memantau standar penanganan bahan baku (storage condition, pencegahan infestasi hama/pest control) dan kriteria release produk jadi.

- Mengembangkan kriteria penilaian (qualification & scoring) untuk vendor bahan baku dan bahan kemas.

- Memimpin investigasi Root Cause Analysis (RCA) jika terjadi penyimpangan mutu pada proses produksi, produk off-spec, atau klaim dari pelanggan/peternak.

- Mengatur prosedur Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) dan memastikan efektivitas perbaikannya dilaksanakan oleh departemen terkait.

- Menyusun laporan berkala (mingguan/bulanan) terkait indikator kinerja mutu (Quality Key Performance Indicators/KPI) dan tren penyimpangan proses.
