Job description for Quality Assurance Engineer at NUSA SOLAR INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Male candidate.
- Mandatory experience in the solar module industry, preferably with experience in Quality Control (QC), Process Engineering, or Facility Engineering.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing and able to travel to India for business trips.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to India to provide technical customer service, identify product-related issues, investigate root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Supervise and monitor the quality of our products at vendors during the module manufacturing process.
- Ensure that our products are manufactured in accordance with the required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve quality and product-related issues.
- Prepare reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to product quality.
