  • Memastikan kualitas layanan terhadap Customer yang dilakukan dan dijalankan oleh Agent sesuai standar.
  • Melakukan pengawasan, evaluasi dan penilaian terhadap kualitas layanan agent dalam proses penanganan terhadap Voice of Customer yang diterima melalui berbagai channel.
  • Melakukan coaching dan counseling terhadap agent untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang diberikan.
  • Melakukan identifikasi area aktivitas Agent yang dapat dilakukan perbaikan dan mengembangkan strategi perbaikan secara berkala.
