Job Description:
- Review and evaluate calls, emails, and other communication with customers to ensure they align with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Perform regular audits of collection agents’ work and customer interactions to assess quality, professionalism, and adherence to protocols.
- Work closely with the Collection Team to address performance gaps, improve techniques, and ensure knowledge of best practices and legal compliance.
- Conduct a thorough checking for emergency contact (EC) data verification in the collection process.
- Document all quality assurance findings, training sessions, feedback, and corrective actions taken.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate from any major.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Quality Assurance or in a similar role, preferably in the collection industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills with ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
