What you'll do
Testing & Quality
- Perform manual testing to ensure features, application flows, and business processes work as expected
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists based on requirements
- Find, document, and communicate bugs and defects clearly, completely, and in a structured way
- Run re-resting and regression testing after fixes to ensure no other feathures are affected
- Conduct end-to-end testing across PPOB, top-up, and other digital service transaction flows
APIs & Data Validation
- Test APIs using tools like Postman to verify request, responses, and business logic
- Validate transaction data, transaction status, callbacks/webhooks, settlement, and basic reconciliation
- Validate intergrations between consumers, billers, super billers, suppliers, and external partners
- Ensure partner intergrations run stably, consistently, and per technical documentation
Collaboration & Monitoring
- Work with internal developers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and validate fixes
- Communicate and coordinate with external partner teams during integration and troubleshooting
- Use Datadog for application monitoring, log checks, tracing, and alerts (we'll teach you if you're new to it)
- Support root cause analysis for issues in the system and in transactions
Release & Process
- Ensure product quality before deployment to staging and production
- Support the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process when needed
- Document testing results and deliver testing reports to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to QA process uimprovements to raise testing quality & efficiency
- Maintain system qualty, stability, and reability in a fast-moving, dynamic enviroment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in PPOB, Payment Gateway, Fintech, E-Wallet or Telco industries
- Understanding of transaction business flows - mobile credit, data packages, PLN, PDAM, BPJS, e-money, and other digital products
- Familiarity with REST API, JSON, HTTP status codes, callbacks/webhooks, and authentication
- Comfortable using Postman or similiar tools for API testing
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, of similiar
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners
