Job description for Quality Assurance & Technical Writer at GlobalXtreme

Jobdescription:

- Bertanggung jawab membuat rencana, skenario, dan kasus uji (test case) untuk memastikan software bekerja dengan benar.

- Menguji berbagai jenis fungsi (seperti Functional, Regression, Smoke, dan UAT).

- Melakukan pengujian dasar API menggunakan Postman (memahami JMETER, JSON dan HTTP Method).

- Menemukan, mendeskripsikan, dan melaporkan bug secara rinci, serta mengidentifikasi tingkat keparahan (Severity dan Priority).

- Memastikan tampilan aplikasi sesuai dengan desain Figma.

- Bekerja sama dengan Developer dan Project Manager (mengikuti proses SDLC).

- Menulis dokumen teknis, seperti User Manual, MOM, dan Release Notes, menggunakan tools seperti Confluence/Notion.

Kualifikasi:

- Min. 1 tahun pengalaman dibidang yang sama

- Memahami konsep REST API, HTTP, struktur JSON

- Memahami konsep Bug Lifecycle dan Severity & Priority

- Familiar dengan SDLC

- Terbiasa menggunakan JMETER

- Familiar dengan SDD, SRS, API Documentation, User Manual & Release Notes

- Dapat berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris

- Terbiasa berkomunikasi dengan berbeda tim
