HIPELKI (HIMPUNAN PENGEMBANGAN EKOSISTEM ALAT KESEHATAN INDONESIA) is the only medical device association Indonesia which combines all elements of Medical Device ecosystem, i.e.: academes, MD technology, manufacturer, distributor, component, raw material , technical/ clinical consultant, legal consultant, etc. both from local and foreign investment companies.

Job Description :

Support the association's secretariat functions in administrative, communication, and coordination activities, with a special focus on monitoring regulations, policies, and up-to-date information related to the national and global medical device industry, such as:

Monitor and analyze regulations, policies, and standards issued by the Ministry of Health, BPOM, BSN, and other related institutions.
Compile, store, and manage archives of incoming/outgoing mail, activity reports, meeting minutes, and other organizational documents.
Manage communication between the secretariat and association members (both companies and individuals).
Assist in the planning and execution of activities such as seminars, trainings, FGDs (Focus Group Discussions), and member communication forums.
Manage member and stakeholder information databases.

Qualification :

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health / Pharmacy / Apothecary / Biomedical Engineering, Public Administration, or other relevant fields.
Uphold organizational confidentiality and integrity.
Understand the medical device regulatory system in Indonesia (Ministry of Health, BPOM, BSN, etc.).
Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in health sector organizations, industry associations, or public regulatory/policy institutions.
Proficient in active Bahasa and English, especially in understanding technical and regulatory documents.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital archiving systems, and online coordination platforms (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.).
