Job description for QS & Survey Engineer at Go-Mandor

Job Descriptions:

- Memastikan proyek berjalan secara efisien dan efektif

- Melakukan pengukuran volume pekerjaan serta penyusunan estimasi biaya proyek (RAB)

- Melaksanakan survey lapangan dan topografi

- Mengelola serta mengontrol pelaksanaan konstruksi di lapangan

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek terkait pelaksanaan pekerjaan

- Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan memenuhi standar kualitas dan target waktu yang telah ditetapkan

Kualifikasi Umum:

- Laki-laki

- Pendidikan minimal S1 atau setara (diutamakan Teknik Sipil atau terkait)

- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun di bidang terkait

- Memahami proses survey dan manajemen konstruksi

- Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis

Kriteria & Keahlian:

- Menguasai Ms Office dan Ms Project

- Menguasai AutoCAD dan SketchUp

- Mampu menyusun RAB, melakukan survey lapangan, dan analisa harga

- Mampu menyusun time schedule proyek

- Mampu membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulananMampu mempresentasikan hasil pekerjaan lapangan dengan baik
