Job description for QMS Staff (Senior Staff) at Porto Indonesia Sejahtera

Responsibility

Meninjau dan mengevaluasi implementasi sistem manajemen mutu (QMS) di seluruh proses bisnis
Melakukan analisis permasalahan dan root cause analysis sebagai dasar perbaikan berkelanjutan
Menyusun, mereview, dan memastikan implementasi SOP, standar, serta prosedur perusahaan
Melaksanakan audit internal serta mendukung pelaksanaan audit eksternal
Menangani keluhan pelanggan, termasuk analisis, tindak lanjut, dan implementasi CAPA
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk memastikan kesesuaian proses dan kualitas produk
Memantau kualitas produk dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar yang ditetapkan
Menyusun laporan terkait kinerja mutu dan aktivitas perbaikan secara berkala

Requirements

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, atau bidang terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang QMS / QA / QC
Memahami sistem manajemen mutu dan standar ISO 9001
Berpengalaman dalam pelaksanaan audit dan implementasi CAPA
Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik
Mampu bekerja secara sistematis, teliti, dan terdokumentasi
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
Bersedia bekerja 6 hari (Senin - Sabtu)
