Job description for QHSE Management System Analyst at Aden Services - Indonesia
About the Role
The QHSE Management System Analyst is responsible for monitoring the implementation and compliance of QHSE management systems across Aden Indonesia’s Remote Site and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations. This role ensures that operational activities comply with applicable ISO standards, company policies, and client requirements, while supporting audits, reviewing CSMS documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Good understanding of ISO Management Systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, and ISO 45001.
- Experience in conducting audits is preferred.
- Good understanding of Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documentation requirements and the ability to analyze related documents.
- Must hold a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
