Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Perform basic quality testing and record inspection results accurately.
- Ensure products meet quality, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in production areas
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Support product trials and validation with the R&D and Production teams.
- Maintain QC records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Detail oriented with good observation and analytical skills.
- Passionate about food quality and food safety.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Disciplined, responsible, and organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety principles.
- Experience using basic laboratory equipment.
- Familiar with quality documentation and reporting.
