Job description for QC Sewing Leader at PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memimpin dan mengawasi tim QC Sewing untuk memastikan kualitas produk sesuai standar perusahaan.
Memantau proses quality control selama proses produksi sewing.
Melakukan pemeriksaan dan mengidentifikasi defect atau masalah kualitas.
Menganalisis masalah kualitas dan melakukan koordinasi perbaikan dengan tim Sewing dan Produksi.
Memastikan standar dan prosedur QC diterapkan dengan baik.
Membuat laporan kualitas dan melakukan monitoring kinerja tim QC.

Kualifikasi

Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Tata Busana, Garmen, Tekstil, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai QC Leader, khususnya di industri garmen.
Memahami proses sewing, standar kualitas garment, dan analisis defect.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan problem solving yang baik.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi target produksi.
Bersedia bekerja di KIT Batang, Jawa Tengah.
