QC/QA

Job Description

1. Inspect the quality of raw materials, including paper, throughout the production process and finished products.

2. Ensure printed products meet company quality standards, approved samples, and customer specifications.

3. Conduct visual inspections and check product dimensions, color accuracy, print positioning, cleanliness, and finishing quality.

4. Perform first sample inspections and in-process quality inspections during production.

5. Identify, segregate, and record OK and NG products, and follow up on non-conforming products.

6. Complete QC checklists and prepare quality inspection reports.

7. Coordinate with Production, Operators, PPIC, Warehouse, and other related departments to address quality issues.

8. Assist in defect analysis, identify potential root causes, and support corrective actions to prevent recurring defects.

9. Ensure the consistent implementation of quality standards and maintain proper traceability of inspection results.

10. Perform other quality control activities as assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements

1. Minimum D3 in Printing, Graphic Technology, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in printing, paper, packaging, or manufacturing.

3. Understand incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

4. Understand paper, printing, and finishing processes.

5. Able to identify printing and packaging defects such as color variation, misregistration, stains, scratches, cutting, folding, laminating, and gluing defects.

6. Able to perform first sample, sampling, and dimensional inspection.

7. Able to handle NG products, corrective actions, and quality documentation.

8. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 7 QC Tools is an advantage.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

10. Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, and able to work under production targets.

11. Good communication and teamwork skills.

12. Willing to work on-site and shifts when required.
