D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/ Arsitektur
Pengalaman min 4 tahun sebagai QC Project
Menguasai material konstruksi dan interior
Memiliki pengetahuan standar mutu konstruksi (ASTM,ACI,AISC, dll) & Interior
Terbiasa membaca gambar kerja (Shop Drawing, As-build drawing)
Disiplin, teliti dan bisa bekerja sama dalam team

Jobdesk

Menyusun rencana inspeksi material dan pekerjaan di lapangan
Memastikan kualitas pekerjaan struktur, arsitektur, finishing, dan interior sesuai rencana mutu
Membuat reporting inspeksi, defect list dan laporan kemajuan progress (before, after)
Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, Site Supervisor, dan tim terkait untuk memastikan kualitas pekerjaan berjalan dengan baik.
Memastikan pekerjaan memenuhi standar mutu dan bebas defect sebelum proses serah terima kepada klien.
