Job description for QC Operator at EAGLE INDO PHARMA

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan SMA IPA/SMK Farmasi
Pengalaman kerja sebagai QC minimal 1 tahun
Bersedia bekerja shift
Disiplin dan Integritas
Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun dengan tim
Penempatan di Jatiuwung, Tangerang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Melaksanakan pemeriksaan visual produk jadi sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan
Melaksanakan pengambilan sampel produk jadi untuk keperluan sampel pertinggal maupun untuk keperluan analisis laboratorium sesuai prosedur yang berlaku
Melakukan input data formulir IPQC ke dalam File Excel
Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap botol, label, tutup, teks, nomor bets, tanggal kadaluarsa pada produk yang berada di dalam jalur produksi
Melakukan pemeriksaan volume terpindahkan produk yang berada di dalam jalur produksi
Mencatat semua kegiatan harian dalam formulir IPQC
