Responsibility
- Calibrate Measuring Tools: Regularly check and adjust tools for accuracy.
- Perform Product Testing: Test products to meet quality standards.
- Manage Production Stations: Oversee station workflow and check output quality.
- Handle Non-Conformance Reports (LKS): Monitor and resolve quality issues.
- Inspect Raw Materials and Processes: Ensure quality of materials and in-process.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
- Application Software: Proficient in using Google Sheets for basic calculations such as multiplication, average, and subtraction.
- Customized Software: Able to use and fill out Google Forms efficiently.
- Professional Experience: Experienced in calibrating measuring tapes and converting between inches, meters, centimeters, and millimeters.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Understanding of the AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) concept.
- Company Experience: Has hands-on experience in applying Total Quality Management (TQM) practices in the workplace.
