Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Apothecary.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager in a manufacturing company.
- Preferably experienced in the cosmetic, skincare, or personal care manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CPKB, GMP, and other relevant manufacturing certifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (APJ) will be an advantage.
- Willing to be based at Industrial Park GIIC, Cikarang, West Java.
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end QA/QC processes within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure that QA/QC procedures comply with CPKB, GMP, Halal, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor GMP and Halal audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control strategies to maintain high manufacturing standards.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and drive process improvements.
