🔎 Responsibilities:
* Monitor production processes according to SOP & quality standards
* Ensure product quality consistency from raw materials to finished goods
* Monitor hygiene, sanitation, warehouse, cold storage, machines & production areas
* Conduct quality inspections and reporting based on actual field conditions
* Handle and analyze customer complaints related to product quality
* Coordinate with related departments for quality improvement
* Provide continuous improvement ideas for production and quality systems
✅ Qualifications:
* Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in QAQC Food & Beverage / Manufacturing industry
* Understand GMP, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO, and sanitation standards
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, analytical, and responsible
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Able to work in production areas and shifts if required
⏰ Working Schedule:
* 9 hours/day (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
* 6 working days, 1 day off
* Dynamic day-off schedule
* Public holidays are considered regular working days
