Job description for QA/QC Supervisor Factory at PT. Sarimelati Kencana Tbk
Requirements :
- Minimum Degree from Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or other relevant major from reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years experience as QA Supervisor in bakery or frozen product manufacturing, or other food manufacturing as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Good understanding and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000 and FSSC, HSE, and Halal Assurance System.
- Good Understanding in Document Control.
- Experienced in auditing of food safety & quality system.
- Have good analytical skill and strong leadership skills.
- Able to work both independent or in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Computer literacy & good administrative.
- Fluently in English, both oral & written.
- Highly motivated, detail, accurate, able to work hard, possess initiative, trustworthy & loyal.
- Must be ready to work in shifts and weekend/holiday as if needed
- Location Factory Pulogadung (Jakarta Timur)
