Qualifications:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving ability
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development;
• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or other relevant fields.
• Minimal 4 years’ experience in Quality Management or R&D, preferably in Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience in Corporate Quality programs such as quality incident reporting and consumer/customer complaint reporting.
Responsible:
• The Quality Manager is required to follow the company’s testing standards and best practices.
• Develop and/or support the implementation of QC program across KAIA Group factories such as customer and consumer complaint system; market product quality monitoring and competitive benchmarking; Laboratory proficiency program.
• Develop QC-related training material to maintain appropriate knowledge across Kaia factories.
• Support implementing the Food Safety and Feed Safety system and their pre-requisite program across all KAIA Group / food ingredient factories.
• Support inspection/audit of HACCP and Pre-requisite Program in factories and suppliers as assigned.
• Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) to achieve targets.
• Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target setting and quality goals.
• Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents.
