Join Glints as a QA Engineer Intern and be part of our mission to help people and organizations realize their human potential. You’ll work with experienced engineers on real-world products that power job matching, hiring, and talent development in Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the engineering and product team to design automated tests suite for the features being developed to ensure utmost quality.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers to understand any complexities involved in a feature. Also apply Behavior Driven Development principles in designing functional and automated test scenarios.
• Help support the engineers in manual as well as automated testing.
• Testing the system from both a normal and a malicious user perspective in order to identify gaps in the system and possible edge cases that could lead to bugs in the system.

• Guided Mentorship: Every GFLP intern is paired with a Hiring Manager (Mentor) for professional growth and a Team Buddy for social integration within the assigned department.
• High-stakes Projects: Work on a key project independently or as a team to solve a real-business problem with potential for implementation.
• Leadership Access: Gathering and sharing sessions with our key leaders, founders and CEO, and participate in our key business review meetings. Post-Internship Recognition: At the end of your internship, you will present your key project/learnings to a leadership panel and receive a "GFLP Certificate" as an endorsement. You will also be evaluated based on your project and work outcomes for a full-time conversion opportunity (priority for final year students or graduates).

Who We Are Looking For

• Interest in Testing: Passion for software quality assurance. Prior exposure to testing is a plus.
• Willingness to Learn: Ready to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic QA Knowledge: Familiar with QA methodologies and tools, even from coursework or projects.
• Good Communication: Able to write clear test reports and learn how to create test cases.
• Some Hands-on Experience: Any experience in manual testing or personal projects is a bonus.
• Curiosity in Test Design: Willing to learn test design and execute test plans.
• Basic Programming Skills: Familiar with Dart, JavaScript, Typescript.
• Team Player: Enjoys working in a team and learning Agile/Scrum practices.
• Automation Interest: Experience with or interest in learning test automation tools is a plus.

Working Arrangement

• On-site in RDTX Square, Kuningan, Jakarta
• Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
