Job description for QA Engineer (Automation) at PT Teknologi Struktur Berantai

Job Description:

Menyusun dan menjalankan test plan, test case, dan test scenario berdasarkan spesifikasi produk.
Melakukan pengujian manual (functional, UI/UX, regression, integration) pada aplikasi web dan mobile.
Mengembangkan dan menjalankan automated testing scripts menggunakan tools seperti Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, atau framework lain.
Melakukan API testing menggunakan tools seperti Postman.
Mengidentifikasi, melaporkan, dan mendokumentasikan bug menggunakan tools seperti JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, atau Asana.
Bekerja sama dengan tim pengembang untuk reproduksi dan analisis penyebab masalah.
Menyusun laporan hasil pengujian dan metrik kualitas untuk setiap rilis produk.
Memastikan produk yang dirilis memenuhi standar fungsionalitas, performa, keamanan, dan usability.
Mendukung penerapan CI/CD pipeline dengan integrasi otomatis pengujian.
Berpartisipasi aktif dalam review desain dan spesifikasi teknis sejak tahap awal pengembangan.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1, pengalaman 2–5 tahun sebagai QA Engineer, Software Tester, atau posisi serupa.
Memahami metodologi pengujian perangkat lunak: SDLC, STLC, Agile Testing, Regression & Smoke Testing.
Terampil melakukan pengujian manual pada web dan mobile app.
Berpengalaman membuat dan menjalankan automated testing scripts (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Jest, Mocha, dsb).
Familiar dengan API testing menggunakan Postman.
Terampil menggunakan tools manajemen bug & task (JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
Memahami Git workflow dan integrasi pengujian di lingkungan CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket).
Mengetahui dasar SQL untuk validasi data dan memahami REST API structure untuk pengujian backend.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim Agile/Scrum.
Teliti, kritis, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis masalah yang kuat.
