Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance
* Create and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure product quality and functionality.
* Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing primarily in the Development environment.
* Use the CMS/admin panel to test and validate system functionality, workflows, and business processes.
* Perform specific testing of the loyalty system in the Production environment, particularly for features involving real monetary value, loyalty points, rewards, or transactions.
* Exercise extra caution and attention to detail when performing loyalty-related testing in Production to prevent unintended transactions or customer impact.
* Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them.
* Review product requirements to identify potential issues, gaps, and inconsistencies.
Technical Writing
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including product documentation, user guides, SOPs, and release notes.
* Document system workflows, business processes, and testing procedures when required.
* Translate technical concepts and product features into clear and easy-to-understand documentation.
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to gather and verify technical information.
* Keep documentation accurate and up to date with product and system changes.
Requirements:
* Min. 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, Technical Writing, or a combination of both.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
* Good understanding of software testing and software development processes.
* Experience creating test cases and documenting bugs/issues.
* Strong writing, documentation, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable using CMS/admin panels; familiarity with API testing, SQL/database, or testing tools is a plus.
* High level of awareness and caution when working with real monetary value, loyalty points, rewards, or customer-impacting data, especially in Production.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
