Job description for QA Batch Review Staff at PT Menarini Indria Laboratories
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or any related degrees
- Having experience or fresh graduated are welcome
- Having knowledge in applying current GxP
- Good attention to details and reviewing documents
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to be hired under third party (outsourcing)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the conformity of batch documentation before the product is released by Qualified Person
- Review batch records and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures and Good Documentation Practices before final batch released by Qualified Person
- Verify that all manufacturing, testing, and packaging activities are properly documented and meet regulatory requirements
- Conducts comprehensive quality reviews of all products to ensure adherence to quality standards as per schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns, evaluate and implement effective solutions
- Input and compiling batch data for Product Quality Review
