Education
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field
B. Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing for a Junior-level position.
- Experience in implementing system development projects following the IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
C. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling tools, such as UML and BPMN.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Visio and Jira.
- Ability to prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Jira.
- Understanding of automation testing frameworks and scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience in API testing and integration testing.
- Understanding of test case design, test planning, and test execution.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking systems and the defect lifecycle.
D. Non-Technical Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Ability to identify bugs and report issues clearly and in detail.
