Main Responsibilities / Job Description
Review software requirements and define and implement test scenarios.
Execute tests on software usability.
Analyze test results related to database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
Report on all aspects related to software testing, including test execution reports and communication with relevant teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in creating test scenarios/scripts.
Strong understanding of test concepts (positive/negative, sanity/regression, black-box testing, stress testing, etc.).
Good understanding of business/system development. Experience in developing web/mobile applications is a strong plus.
Good understanding of automation testing tools.
Experience using JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, or similar tools is a strong plus.
Knowledge about the insurance industry/business processes is a strong plus.
Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
