QA Associate Manager (Automation)

Job Description

1. Monitor team performance and conduct regular appraisals/mentoring/coaching
2. Provide a good example in terms of testing, ethics, and soft skills to subordinates
3. Manage priority taks for each QA
4. Reproduce potential issue from another stakeholder to validate the issue is valid or not
5. Run Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance Testing.
6. Analyze and report QA testing results/bugs.
7. Create End User's/Product manual and documentation.
8. Build automation test script.
9. Collating project status and updating reports
10. Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team.
11. Overall status monitoring of various testing requirements.
12. Improve team process.

1. SDLC

3. Able to grasp Product knowledge on a fair time

8. Able to develop Test case
9. Familiar on some Automation tools
10. Able to do some SQL on database
11. Familiar for some JAVA programming
12. Familiar with performance testing
