Job description for PVC/Plastic Supervisor at PT Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia

Lead PVC/Plastic production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in extrusion and molding processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic/PVC production and 1 years in supervisory role
Familiar with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Having experience handling Extruder Machine/ Roller Machine/ Hot Milling will be an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
