Job description for Purchasing at PT PEI HAI INTERNATIONAL WIRATAMA INDONESIA

Tanggung Jawab :

- Melakukan pembelian bahan baku dan komponen impor sesuai dengan kebutuhan produksi

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik untuk memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu dan efisien

- Memonitor stok dan mengajukan pemesanan untuk menjaga tingkat persediaan yang optimal

- Melakukan negosiasi dengan pemasok untuk mendapatkan syarat dan harga terbaik

- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur pembelian dan kebijakan perusahaan

- Menganalisis data pembelian dan membuat laporan rutin untuk manajemen

Persyaratan :

- Minimal D3 atau S1 semua jurusan

- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam peran pengadaan atau pembelian barang impor (Footwear)

- Mahir dalam penggunaan MS Office

- Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang prosedur impor dan dokumentasi terkait

- Kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis

- Berdedikasi, teliti, dan kemampuan multitasking yang baik
