📦 ADMIN PURCHASING
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling purchasing, inventory control, supplier coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle purchasing & supplier coordination
* Monitor stock, usage, and inventory variance
* Monitor supplier pricing, delivery & product quality
* Coordinate stock movement between outlets
* Maintain purchasing & inventory documentation
* Prepare regular inventory & purchasing reports
Requirements:
* Experience in Purchasing / Inventory, preferably in F&B
* Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Detail-oriented, analytical & well-organized
* Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple outlets
