Job description for Purchasing at DIVINO GILI AIR

Divino Gili Air Resort, boutique resort di Pulau Gili Air, membuka kesempatan berkarir sebagai Purchasing Staff untuk mendukung operasional pengadaan barang dan bahan baku resort.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Melakukan pembelian kebutuhan operasional resort (F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, dll)
Membandingkan harga dan negosiasi dengan supplier untuk mendapatkan harga terbaik
Menghitung kebutuhan stok, kalkulasi biaya, dan menyusun laporan pembelian secara akurat
Memastikan ketepatan jumlah, harga, dan kualitas barang yang diterima
Koordinasi dengan departemen terkait (kitchen, housekeeping, engineering) untuk kebutuhan barang

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman di bidang purchasing/procurement (diutamakan, khususnya di hospitality)
Cekatan, gesit, dan mampu bekerja dengan ritme cepat
Kemampuan berhitung yang kuat dan teliti, mampu menghitung harga, kuantitas, dan anggaran secara cepat dan akurat
Mampu berbahasa Inggris (minimal level dasar-menengah, lisan & tulisan)
Bersedia berdomisili/tinggal di Gili Air
