Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Accounting, Management, or Hospitality.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Purchasing position (hotel experience is an advantage).
Good understanding of procurement process, sourcing vendors, price negotiation, and purchase documentation.
Ability to evaluate vendors and understand operational needs and basic inventory principles (FIFO).
Proficient in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word) and familiar with purchasing systems (SMILE/MC/OPERA or similar).
Detail-oriented, honest, and high integrity.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of pricing and tax (VAT).
Able to work collaboratively with other departments and external vendors.
Willing to work mobile for price surveys and product checking.
