QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement/Purchasing or related field at Manufacture Industry.
- Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
- Experienced in Accurate/ERP system is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Able to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and source suppliers according to company requirements.
- Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Analyze supplier offers based on price, quality, payment terms, and delivery time.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
- Ensure received goods/services meet specifications and quantities.
- Coordinate procurement needs with related departments.
- Maintain and update supplier and procurement documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Prepare procurement reports and stocktaking reports.
- Manage procurement documents such as PO, BPB, Delivery Order, Invoice, and Tax Invoice.
