RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage daily purchasing activities based on operational requirements.
Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
Process PO, quotations, and other purchasing documentation.
Monitor orders, deliveries, and product quality to ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal departments and maintain good supplier relationships.
Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, budget, and internal controls.
Prepare regular purchasing reports and provide recommendations to management.
