As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Buyer and Purchasing professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our supplies are sourced efficiently and effectively, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The Buyer and Purchasing role involves managing the procurement process for all materials and goods needed to maintain daily operations. Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, maintaining relationships with existing vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing purchasing needs, preparing purchase orders, and tracking expenditures to meet budget goals. Additionally, they will collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and ensure that procurement strategies align with business objectives.
Candidates for this position should hold a Diploma or equivalent qualification and have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement. Proficiency in Industrial Purchasing, Material Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Procurement is essential. Strong skills in Teamwork, Commodity Purchasing, Supplier Development, and Purchasing Negotiation will be highly valued.
