Kualifikasi :

Pengalaman sebagai purchasing minimal 2 tahun
Lebih disukai apabila dapat menggunakan kendaraan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan membangun jaringan supplier
Terbiasa menggunakan sistem seperti SAP, Accurate, Zahir dan sistem sejenis
Memiliki kemampuan dalam perhitungan dan rumus excel
Memiliki kemampuan dalam pencatatan dan mendokumentasikan arsip-arsip pembelian
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

Job Deskripsi :

Berkoordinasi dengan bagian-bagian terkait seperti Fashion Design, produksi dan bagian lainnya yang membutuhkan pengadaan barang untuk mengetahui kebutuhan bagian tersebut
Melakukan pencarian dan pemilihan supplier
Melakukan negosiasi harga
Pembuatan Purchase Order (PO)
Melakukan pemantauan pengiriman terhadap barang yang di beli
Melakukan pemeriksaan saat penerimaan barang
Melakukan pengelolaan hubungan supplier, inventaris dan stok, serta dokumen pembelian
Melaksanakan proses stock of name
Berkoordinasi dengan staff whs RM dalam setiap pelaksanaan proses digudang produksi
