Job description for Purchasing Supervisor at Tera Achiever

What you'll do :

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with company requirements, quality standards, and budget.
  • Build, maintain, and evaluate strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to procurement.
  • Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or vendor performance effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, warehouse, and operational teams to ensure smooth procurement cycles.

What we're looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fluent in english and mandarin.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a cost-conscious mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Accuratare, ERP or procurement systems.
