Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in Purchasing / Procurement (Property, Building Management, or Hospitality industry preferred).
- Familiar with full procurement process (PR, vendor sourcing, price comparison, & PO).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Process purchase requests from various departments in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendors or suppliers to ensure the best quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), price comparisons, and other procurement-related documents.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of purchasing requirements.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and the quality and quantity of received goods.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and budget requirements.
