Qualifications :
- Maximum age is 40 years old.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management, especially in import purchasing.
- Understand import procedures and regulations (including L/C, HS Code, customs, export-import documents, incoterms, etc.).
- Experience in negotiation process with international vendors and suppliers.
- Experienced in using ERP/SAP software for purchasing management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Thorough, detail-oriented, and have good time management
- Must have HSK level 4 certificate
- Good communication in English & Mandarin speaking
- Willing to be placed in Cibinong, Kab.Bogor (Sister Company)
Responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-efficient procurement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast future needs.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements in procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.
