Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT. Intan Safety Glass
Position Summary
As Purchasing Staff, you will lead sourcing efforts, price negotiations, and supplier management to optimize purchasing operations. Your role will help streamline processes, enhance supplier relationships, and drive efficiencies that support the company’s growth objectives, making a meaningful contribution to the organization’s success.
General Responsibility:
- Searching for items, price comparison & negotiation
- Contact suppliers for administrative procedures & complaint management
- Supplier evaluation & selection
- Purchasing administration such as: Follow-up orders, Delivery Order, PO
- Process Purchasing Requisition
Projects you will be involved-in:
- Initiator in manufacturing spare part warehouse
Support the migration of manual administrative work to digitization
Updating & improving supplier database
Updating & improving our purchasing department's business process
Qualification:
- Min. Education D3 in any major
- Min. 1 year experience in procurement / purchasing / manufacture industry (preferably)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Data Management
- Good communication & negotiation skill
- Willing to WFO in Tangerang
