Job description for Purchasing Staff at Sovlo

Jobdesk :

Melakukan pembelian bahan baku (Fabric & accessories) sesuai kebutuhan produksi
Mencari, membandingkan, dan menegosiasikan supplier terbaik (harga, kualitas, lead time)
Membuat dan mengontrol Purchase Order (PO)
Monitoring pengiriman bahan hingga diterima dengan baik
Koordinasi dengan PPIC, QC, dan Produksi terkait kebutuhan material
Memastikan bahan baku sesuai spesifikasi dan standar kualitas
Mengelola administrasi purchasing (PR,PO, invoice dll)
Melakukan evaluasi kinerja supplier secara berkala

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan S1 Semua Jurusan (Diutamakan administrasi kantor & Akuntansi)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Staff Purchasing minimal 1-2 Tahun
Menguasai Ms. Office khususnya Excel (WAJIB)
Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
Teliti, Jujur dan memiliki motivasi kerja yang tinggi
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
