Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT Biwel Bali Property
Responsibilities
Process purchase requests and issue POs according to approvals
Source suppliers, negotiate and compare prices
Manage and evaluate supplier relationships
Check incoming goods against POs and invoices together with Store/Kitchen
Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payments and supplier payables
Monitor stock levels and ingredient prices to support food cost control
Prepare monthly purchasing reports
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Management, Accounting or a related field
2+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in F&B/hospitality
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic cost control knowledge
Detail-oriented, honest and a strong negotiator
Knowledge of the local Bali supplier market
Own transport and a valid license are a plus
