Kualifikasi :

1. Pendidikan min. D3 (Teknik) lebih diutamakan atau bidang terkait.

2. Pengalaman di posisi dan industri sejenis selama min. 3 tahun.

3. Pengetahuan dan skill mesin, terutama mesin industri plastik.

4. Keterampilan bekerja dalam tim, cepat, tepat dan bisa menerima arahan.

5. Jujur, memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yg baik, analisa tinggi, dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.

6. Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang efektif.

7. Bisa berbahasa inggris (Minimal Pasif)

8. Berpengalaman di bidang Import lebih diutamakan

9. Menguasai aplikasi MS Office, Email. Mengetahui program CAD/CAM menjadi nilai tambah.
