How About the Job
We are looking for a Purchasing staff who is responsible, organized and detail-oriented. If you have purchasing experience, good supplier connections, and understand the purchasing process, we would love to have you on our team.
What You Will Do
- Handle daily purchasing activities
- FInd new suppliers and maintain good relationship with existing suppliers
- Manage and update the supplier database
- Request and compare supplier quotations
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with other departments regarding purchasing needs
- Maintain purchasing documents and records
- Monitor stock requirements
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing
- Familiar with purchasing activities and procedures
- Have an existing supplier database
- Basic English communication skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organized
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to work under deadlines
Salary & Benefits Detail
- Basic salary : IDR 4.000.000

- First- year of employment will be PKWT (Fixed-Term Employment Agreement). Further employment arrangements will be based on performance evaluation
