Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT Indo Sultan Jaya
Requirement:
* Female
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent in required
* Maximum age 30 years old
* At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
* Having network of supplier in Soap and Olein industry is a plus
* Strong computer skills and able to work using Ms. Office
* Having knowledge of tax is a plus
* Fluent in English
* Have interpersonal, communication organizational and observation skills
* Able to multitask, result oriented, attention to detail and highly initiative
Job Description:
* Able to handle purchasing (making PO, purchasing, returning goods, making list of goods)
* Manage delivery (Supply Management) to achieve inbound time targets, quality target and supply efficiency
* Communicating with suppliers or related parties
* Negotiating price
* Record all purchase documents
* Make a daily report of purchasing
