Job description for PURCHASING STAFF at PT Nafeeza Radhya Bogatama
Requirements :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Preferably in F&B, Hospitality, Retail, or related industries.
- Experienced in end to end procurement process, form PR, sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, PO issuance, delivery monitoring to invoice/payment follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and vendor management.
- Good understanding of kitchen equipment, utensils, cutleries, furniture, electrical equipment, signage and other outlet opening requirements.
- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
- Able to manage multiple procurement projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong follow-up skills and high sense of urgency.
- Detail oriented, proactive, responsible, and highly organized.
- Able to work under pressure and handle last minute requirements.
- Able to coordinate affectively with operations, project/construction, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing and other related departments.
- High intergrity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment, particularly during new outlet opening projects.
- Preferred :
Knowledge of Procurement systems/ERP is and adventage.
