Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT. Indonesia Premium Goods
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in Retail, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong understanding of the purchasing process, from PO creation to order fulfillment and documentation
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably Accurate, and comfortable with procurement-related databases
- Experienced in invoice, PO, and delivery note (surat jalan) reconciliation and monitoring
- Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchasing activities and deadlines
Jobdesc:
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including PO creation, submission, monitoring, and documentation
- Monitor and reconcile PO, invoice, and delivery note (surat jalan) to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Input and maintain purchasing, material/finished goods arrivals, and invoice data in the ERP system and purchasing database
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order fulfillment, invoice matching, delivery status, and discrepancies
- Prepare monthly purchasing reports, including total purchases and incoming invoices
- Coordinate with Finance and related teams to support payment scheduling and timely purchasing cycles
