Job Description

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff to support our procurement activities, supplier management, and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate has experience in panel manufacturing or electrical industries, is familiar with Accurate Online, and can communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day purchasing activities, including Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and purchasing documentation.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, lead time, and availability.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and product specifications.

Monitor purchase orders and follow up on delivery status to ensure materials are available according to project requirements.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and transaction data in Accurate Online.

Support price negotiation and cost comparison with suppliers.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Project, Production, Warehouse, and Finance regarding purchasing requirements.

Prepare purchasing reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.

Experience in panel manufacturing or electrical industry is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience using Accurate Online is required, particularly for purchasing transactions and reporting.

Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.

Good knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and procurement documentation.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling purchasing data.

Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in Tangerang.
