Purchasing Staff | Mining Industry Experience
Location: Jakarta - Kuningan
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement activities for operational and project requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and purchasing documentation.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement of goods and materials.
Maintain supplier databases and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
Requirements :
Female candidates are preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Staff.
Mandatory experience in the Mining Industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English is required.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
