* Bachelor's degree in Logistic, Management, Accounting or related field
* 1 year experience in procurement or purchasing import
* Good communication in English (written and oral)
* Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade
* Self-improvement, team work, logical thinking, and able to cooperate effectively
* Strong negotiation, communication and detailed-oriented
* Willing to be placed in Bandung
Key responsibilities
* Negotiate with suppliers local and international to secure the best possible pricing and terms
* Process purchase orders and ensure accurate entry into the company's system
* Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy
* Verify delivery dates and quantities to ensure timely delivery of goods
* Monitor vendor performance and collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues
* Manage and update inventory stock
* Forecasting stock
